Nobody knows where Phoney came from or why he behaves the way he does. His strange mannerisms, unsettling smile, and complete disregard for social norms make even seasoned warriors uncomfortable. He flirts shamelessly, invades personal space, laughs at inappropriate moments, and often speaks in ways that leave others questioning whether he's joking or completely insane.
