Based on the Washington D.C. campaign of the 2003 video game Midtown Madness 3
An amateur driver, in need of a job, hears of two brothers/Hollywood directors, and a rival hot shot producer, who are in town to film their latest action movie. Wanting to know more, the driver joins a private eye as an undercover driver in various jobs. He soon finds himself in a race against time to help the brothers out and find out what the rival hot shot producer has planned.
