Description of General Donald Morden (Devil Rebirth):

Donald is a former Field Marshal of the Regular Army Marine Corps, who later betrayed them after losing both his wife and daughter to the Central Department Store terror bombing. He formed the Rebel Army a few years after to destroy the Regular Army and conquer the world. He earned the nickname "Devil Rebirth" after the US President learned of Donald's betrayal and stated that he was the reincarnation of the devil.
