Emissary is a synthetic diplomatic representative from a distant alien species. However due to him crashing on earth for hundreds of years he couldn’t save them from some god-awful catastrophe. He can epidermally shapeshift, Has near perfect reflexes, and can communicate with and control technology to great effect.
