Character Description
A businessman from the 1920's, Arthur O'Neal was transported to the future because of Paradox Knight's antics. Because of an accident while he time-traveled, he gained the power of X-Energy, an element which allows him to manifest and blast particles of energy. He fights crime as an ally of Metal Man.
