Story Plot
It has been 10 years since the Big Shell incident and a whole year since the events of Metal Gear Rising: Revegeance. Raiden has come back to New York to attend a memorial for everyone who died during the Big Shell Incident but it turns into a nightmare when a team of mercenaries led by a man seeking revenge for Jetstream Sam's death kidnaps several of the attendees. Can Raiden save them?
