Metal Gear (Japanese: メタルギア Hepburn: Metaru Gia) is a series of action-adventure stealth video games created by Hideo Kojima and developed and published by Konami. The first game, Metal Gear, was released in 1987 for MSX home computers. The player often takes control of a special forces operative (usually Solid Snake or Big Boss), who is assigned the task of finding the titular superweapon "Metal Gear", a bipedal walking tank with the ability to launch nuclear weapons. Description of Revolver Ocelot:

A cunning operative and an expert marksman, Ocelot was renowned for his prowess on the battlefield as well as his deceitful nature and his penchant for torture. His marksmanship skills were demonstrated as early as the Virtuous Mission, when, back when he was still using a Makarov, he proceeded to kill a KGB soldier trying to hide from him simply via the use of the bullet's ricochet. Likewise, he also proceeded to kill Sergei Gurlukovich and Scott Dolph by firing at them despite having discarded his trenchcoat right in front of himself, and also managed to subsequently gun down several Gurlukovich mercenaries before they could get the chance to avenge their leader. Ocelot was also shown to be a very charismatic individual, as the Ocelot Unit he commanded was absolutely loyal to him, and even was able to command regular GRU soldiers (such being demonstrated at Bolshaya Past's crevice, where several GRU soldiers aided the Ocelot Unit in keeping a perimeter, specifically guarding the outer perimeter to ensure no one tried to interfere). His charisma was retained during the 1980s, as evidenced by several female Diamond Dogs' soldiers forming a "team" supporting him, even having a rivalry with various females who preferred Miller, although one had no preference for either, with Ocelot in particular due to being "unpredictable".[24]
