Tamara Raine finds a mysterious letter and finds out that she has been accepted into the Mermaid Academy. She decides to go there to train as a magical mermaid, and discovers that she is the lost princess of the kingdom of Mertopia. She meets five friends who help her. Now, Tamara has become a rainbow-powered mermaid heroine and continues to practice her magic.
