After of the murder on the Breyers family, Brandon was adopted by a supervillain named MegaMind. Years pass MegaMind and his son Brightburn terrorized Metro City. Even Brightburn managed to kill their protector, Metro Man. So things started to change. MegaMind fell in love with Roxanne Ritchi, have a fall out with Minion and Brightburn learned of a “hero” named Tighten. Feeling betrayed, Brightburn began to eliminate MegaMind and those who lived in Metro City. So now MegaMind must confront his son and save the city in the most emotional showdown ever.
