Ryan Walker's Daughter, Morgan, is just like ryan as a young age. One day, morgan finds herself with powers that can control technology. After school, she crashes her bike in the woods. She finds a mysterious robot hand sticking up from the groundshe then uses her power and finds out shes connected to the hand. A strange singal is picked up from the hand leading her to an abandoned warehouse, where a robot named Mech-X4 2.0. She then recriuts her friends and together they pilt the robot and destroy any mythical beasts that come to Bay City
