  • kazoo_am_casting This is incredibly bad casting, he's a great actor but does not even remotely work for this role. Everything about it is wrong

    • kazoo_am_casting @cainuzcanga Mate just shut up and stop being ignorant, I've read so many x-men and Magneto comics. Whilst yes Starr can do intimidating and he has the correct physical fitness. Technically speaking the character is 90 years old but has reversed/slowed his aging via either his powers or other methods. The heritage is all wrong whereas Jason Isaacs the only one I'd like to play him as he fits the age, acting range, and was born to Jewish parents and is so himself. He has also shown that he is highly capable at getting into good shape. I don't like Viggo in the role but only up voted it cause I could not STAND to have Starr as the top suggestion, it is an abomination. Jason has shown time and time again that he has the acting chops for the role. A lot of his roles have had aspects that are integral to the character. Whereas Starr hasn't show even remotely the same amount of range. (And yes I have seem him in multiple things not only in The Boys). It's funny you say about the fan art cause even looking at that dodgy one of Starr is enough proof that it just doesn't fit. Please get a better understanding of characters as well as actors potential

Everything about him is wrong You can tell you don't know comics and you take some random guy and say, YES, he is great for the character when he is NOT, Magneto has a muscular body in case your menzo are You didn't know, even if he looks old, he still has a body as well as antony starr, even if you tell me he is not old, MAN, he is 48 and still old enough to do it, plus Antony Starr does give imposing and scary, like he did with Homelander, obviously his works for Magneto, uyy its clear, to you you say No just because you are happy with Viggo Mortensen or Jason Isaacs when they DO NOT fit the character, not even a fanart is enough to say that if he fits the character, it has to be an actor that looks like the character, that has the profile for the character and YOU IMBECIL you let yourself go with that he is not and you want a random one when he is not that for ANYTHING, I will tell you this, READ the comics and you will realize it man

    • riddleymoscu @kazoo_tkb Se nota que no sabes de cómics y coges a un tío cualquiera y dices, SÍ, está genial para el personaje cuando NO es así, Magneto tiene un cuerpo musculoso por si tu menzo eres No lo sabias, aunque se vea viejo, aun tiene un cuerpo así como antony starr, aunque me digas que no es viejo, HOMBRE, tiene 48 años y aun así tiene edad suficiente para hacerlo, ademas Antony Starr si da imponencia y miedo, como lo hizo con Homelander, obviamente su funciona para Magneto, uyy su claro, a ti dices No solo porque estas feliz con Viggo Mortensen o Jason Isaacs cuando NO le quedan al personaje, ni un fanart es suficiente para decir que si le queda al personaje, tiene que ser un actor que se parezca al personaje, que tenga el perfil para el personaje y TU IMBECIL te dejas llevar con que no lo es y quieres a uno cualquiera cuando no le que para NADA, te dire esto, LEE los comics y te daras cuenta hombre
