Story Plot
After being left with deep scars from his last confrontation with the Punisher, Billy Russo, now known as Jigsaw, returns with a new look and an even more twisted mind. Determined to get revenge, he plans a series of violent attacks in New York, attracting the attention of Frank Castle, who now tries to live a quieter life.
