After the takedown of Tombstone, Spider-Man is left to try and put the pieces of New York back together as gang wars break out between Hammerhead and Silvermane in a bid for control of New York. When times get desperate, they turn to the likes of J Jonah James on and Norman Osborne to build a supervillian to take down Spider-Man. The outcome brings none other than the Scorpion to life. With the Scorpion on the loose and the damn symbiote driving him away from the people that matter most to him, how will Spider-Man put his life AND New York back together?
