After the Avengers' fight at the airport and the Superhuman Registration Act, Steve Rogers loses his faith in America and no longer feels able to carry the country's flag and shield. But he doesn't have much time to mourn his friend Tony and his actions. He frees his friends and colleagues Sam Wilson, Bucky Barnes, Wanda Maximoff, Clint Barton and the new one, Scott Lang, from the Vaught and finds refuge in Wakanda of all places. Bucky allows himself to be frozen here out of fear of his past. Clint Barton left immediately after the fight and went into hiding. Scott Lang wanted to return to his daughter. Steve hopes he's smart enough to hide from the government. He has learned from his sources that Tony has sent Misty Night and Colleen Wing to ask other superheroes to register. At the same time, a new threat is growing. A group called the Shadow Council is targeting the Winter Soldier and Wakanda. But Rogers doesn't know that behind the group consisting of Ulysses Klaue, Madame Masque, Batroc, Princess Zanda and M'Baku is the former SHIELD agent, now living in exile, Sharon Carter, but apart from him, no one else will find out.
