Synopsis

The future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is uncertain thanks to a series of setbacks following the end of the Infinity saga. Speculation about a possible restart/reboot is slowly starting to emerge. Let's imagine that it actually happens in the future.     • jirihracek @riddleymoscu Dove Cameron as Gwen Stacy is a terrible idea. But I think MBB as Kitty Pryde is totally cool. It bothers me again when someone wants Tom Hardy as Wolverine because he's already playing Venom. And someone younger would be good for that role in a possible reboot.

    • jirihracek @riddleymoscu Until I saw the 1923 series, I didn't even think Brandon Sklenar would be a good fit for Wolverine because I didn't even know him. But then I thought he'd be perfect. Yeah we agree that Dove Cameron would be awful as Gwen Stacy. But fortunately, I don't think that's an option. I'm a little sad that there's unnecessary conflict here sometimes. Some people just have their own idea of how to cast a role and others have a different one. Everyone here is free to create their own story on a given topic with the cast they prefer. Talking about it is fine. I just don't know why some people make it so escalated. If you want to see my other stories. Yours are pretty interesting.

    • jirihracek @riddleymoscu It's obvious that if Marvel wants to make their own version of the X-Men one day we'll have to settle for a new younger cast. For a lot of people, that's going to be a problem because they're too attached to the original cast. But to me, life is change. And honestly if you watch the 1923 series you might change your mind because Brandon Sklenar visually looks like someone I would trust with the fury of Wolverine. He's tough and decisive. I don't think it's ideal to look for an exact copy of Hugh Jackman. When I think about it pragmatically there are very few suitable actors for the role in their thirties.
