Fan Casting MCU Phase 9: Magik: Inferno

An adaptation of the classic X-men Inferno storyline but switching out the main X-Men team (who have enough movies of their own) for Magik's perspective (should be an MCU lead character going through the mutants phases) supported by a number of other mutants.



This would likely remove the Madelyne Pryor elements and replace them with much of what happened to Illyana after she was sucked into Limbo during the Colossus mini-series; those events would feed into the main plot here. Belasco's defiant hunt to reclaim the Darkchylde.



Culminating in a huge demonic invasion of Earth, centralised on Chicago. Post-credits sequences would include Demogoblin's arrival to the MCU.
