Everything had been taken from him. Ex-Marine and CTU operative Frank Castle should've felt relief, joy, or anything now that Billy Russo, someone who he considered a brother, was finally killed. Instead, he simply felt nothing and embraced his new life as the punisher. However, due to the power vacuum left by Jigsaw and Blacksmith, Kingpin contacts his long-time friend, Howard Saint, to help take control of the city and tasks his three best assassins to kill Frank Castle once and for all.
