This takes place 5 years after the events of marvels. Phil Sheldon seeks to overthrow the terrible reign of President X, a mind warped Professor X. Phil witnesses the destruction of the avengers and finds out a mentally ill scarlet witch had supplied information about the avengers and how to kill them. He is on his way to the kree camp and finds a decaying Wolverine on the way. When he gets there, he then interviews Captain Mar-vell, who tells him a psychotic Silver Surfer killed almost all of the kree race. Phil Sheldon then travels to Washington and finds Nick Fury, he finds out that the nuclear bomb made him insane and cannibalistic. Phil Sheldon then travels on a plane with mystique, who is dying with her last words being overthrow Xavier. Phil Sheldon then travels to Xavier's old mansion where the Beast and Iceman supply him information about Xavier. He then trips over the Punisher's corpse and then begs to God to help him. He then visits the carnival and sees Johnny blaze honoring his alter ego by setting his skull on fire and then dying. While writing a book he calls MARVELS: DEATH IS REAL a sequel to his original novel MARVELS finds out he is dying from radiation from a spider passed on to him through Peter Parker, who was only able to handle the radiation because of special genes. He then travels to space and sees galactus dead, and content with the last sign of our favorite heroes and villains and all the other Marvels dies then.
