Character Description
Victor Von Doom, a brilliant yet arrogant scientist-sorcerer from Latveria, is driven by his rivalry with Reed Richards, sparked at university when Reed exposed flaws in Victor’s work. His quest for covering his disfigurement led him to a Tibetan monastery, where his iconic mask was forged, birthing Doctor Doom. Obsessed with outshining the Fantastic Four, particularly Reed, Doom blends science and sorcery in his schemes. In 2015’s Secret Wars, he steals the Beyonders’ power via Molecule Man, creating Battleworld, a patchwork realm he rules as God Emperor. Now, rumors hint Doom overshadows a conqueror once called Kang in 'Avengers: Doomsday'.
