MJ narrates an article about the return of the Maggia after the fall of Fisk and the Demons. Peter calls MJ and tells him about the cops recovering a painting called "The Maria" from the Maggia, which is now on display at the art museum. MJ says that she received information that one of the families intends to steal from her. Spider goes there, and sees that bandits are trying to infiltrate, and listening to the conversations, it is understood that the boss needs the painting, as it is the key to defeating the other families. Spider defeats everyone and investigates the museum. With no sign of the guards, he checks the security cameras. He sees that the cops have been knocked over by sleeping pills. Hammerhead's henchmen break into the museum, and the painting is blocked by security glass. The bandits try to steal it anyway, but Peter stops them. A hole in the ceiling is opened, and Peter discovers that Black Cat has returned to committing crimes. Peter asks why, but she gives vague answers. She breaks the painting's frame, and retrieves a flash drive. Peter tries to give chase, but is distracted by one of the items that nearly crushes one of the thugs. Peter saves him and Black Cat runs away. Peter calls MJ and tells him about Black Cat and the flash drive. MJ says about a Maggia shootout, signifying the start of a gang war. She says no one knows the contents of the flash drive, but the other families weren't happy with Hammerhead having possession of it.
