Description of McDugal:
A Halfworldian beaver hailing from the same race of engineered animals as Rocket Raccoon. He is the protagonist of the episode "The Chuck Stops Here." He is a gruff veteran of the bounty hunter guild in Earth's quadrant, but was fired due to a scandal dubbed the New Plano Incident three years prior. He is carelessly binge-drinking at the Knowhere bar when he's offered in on a bounty for a crazy Shi'ar terrorist.
