Synopsis

I am thinking if the MCU was cancelled and Disney announced they were rebooting the Marvel Universe on film in the same vein as James Gunn's new DCU. In my 'Phase 1' (which will be 'Chapter 1') the movies will consist of adaptations of Stan Lee's original works from the 60s; Fantastic Four, Hulk, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Ant-Man, Thor, Doctor Strange, Captain America, X-Men, the Avengers & Daredevil. Whilst other character would obviously be featured in the movies, I have only selected to cast the most significant major heroes and villains.

  • kccasting I would say this was difficult, Hugh Jackman is near irreplacable. However, it was easy. Tom Harsy is the only other actor today that I feel could get close to achieving what Jackman did, I did not have a second choice. Hardy already has the look and body and would throw himself into the animalistic traits of the character, he wouldn't care how embarassing he looked. I can also see him being a caring "mad uncle" to the younger X-Men and Hardy definetely has the pedigree of a franchiss lead.
