Character Description
Bats was a basset hound whose original owner of sixteen years suffered a heart attack and left him in a shelter. He was adopted two other times, and was then left under the care of Stephen Strange during the time he had become a veterinarian after being deposed from his title of Sorcerer Supreme. Strange enchanted Bats with a translation spell that allowed people to interpret Bats' barks as English. Bats tried to dissuade Strange from coming back to life the entire city of Las Vegas after its destruction, but the Sorcerer Supreme did it anyway.
