Description of Dr. Hope Aldama-Beaumont (Aunt Hope):

Hope is the daughter of the late Lord Robert Aldama, sister to Gustavo, aunt to Marimar and Angelica and the wife of Dr. Leonidas Beaumont. As a Psychiatric, Hope's job is to help tend to the mental welfare of Marimar and Sergio as well as to aid them in preserving their marriage. When the couple's crusade escalates into a civil war, she joins in the effort to stop the psychotic Bart Cusack, expose the crimes of her father and Donald Simpson and rescue her niece Angelica.
