Story from 1970 to 1980s. Heroes rising. Wendy joined the S.H.I.E.L.D., she was assigned to Chicago to evaluate the heroes flying race between rivals Hank and Janet in 1978. later both reconciled and soon joined a group marriage in Las Vegas (Also including others like Thaddeus Ross). In 1981, Wendy stopped a conspiracy launching Kree signal, she returned to Austria where return capsule located, tried to stop Kree army herself, but finally gave up. In 1982, the Soviets murdered Vernon, and almost kidnapped the Sofen children (Hank and Janet saved them). Janet vowed to take revenge. To stop the big crisis in cold war, Wendy told her the truth -- Soviet Leader sent someone to murder her father. Finally Wendy instructed her to wipe out Soviet Leader, shot and killed him (Later the Soviets hiding the truth).
