This time is some stories in NYC, takes place in 2020s. Knicks just rised some new guys for the good results, but their stadium has to face a problem -- Madison Square Garden will be demolished for the new development "New York International Financial Center". Some of the players have to speak with developers. Although Knicks was successfully to let the developer to plan an inner stadium in their redevelopment, during the several years of construction they must moved to a temporary stadium until the grand opening. That discussion is so hard to make 100% satisfaction. ** (Description: The stadium will be replaced by a plaza with 3 office buildings, heights between 300 to 450m, the new landmark of the NYC. If completed, to expand the Penn Station.)
