Fan Casting Luke Cage Season 3 2017

The third and final season of the American streaming television series Luke Cage, which is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, sees Cage about to have the match of his life and his worth of being Harlem's defender. It is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), sharing continuity with the films and other television series of the franchise. The season was produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios, with Cheo Hodari Coker serving as showrunner. Mike Colter stars as Cage, alongside returning principal cast members Simone Missick, Theo Rossi, and Alfre Woodard. They are joined by Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, John Turturro, Glenn Morshower, Laura Haddock, Isabela Moner, Jerrod Carmichael and Santiago Cabrera. The season premiered in New York City on November 6, 2017, with the full season of thirteen episodes released on November 17 on Netflix, and received mixed to positive reviews, with Colter's performance, action sequences and improvements to its source material from the previous films gaining praise, but criticism towards its pacing and amount of violence.
