Lucifer is back in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, God is dead, and Lucifer is the prime suspect, according to Gabriel, since he had motive and opportunity. But Gabriel claims he can prove his innocence. If he finds the killer and takes the culprit, his sins will be forgotten.
