Theo is a lonely mortician with an unusual desire—he's only attracted to deformities, mutations, and the grotesque. When he meets Lilith, a mysterious woman with an ever-changing body (one day she has extra fingers, the next, shark-like teeth), he falls madly in love. But there’s a catch—Lilith is the result of an underground experiment by Dr. Fenwick, a mad scientist who designs "perfectly imperfect" lovers for clients with… niche tastes. As Theo and Lilith’s relationship spirals into chaotic bliss, Fenwick demands his creation back. Lilith, however, has no intention of being owned. When Theo tries to run away with her, they uncover a secret underground society of teratophiles, where people auction off mutated lovers like collectibles. The climax? A grotesque, blood-soaked battle royale at a secret “flesh carnival,” where Theo must fight off collectors, bio-hackers, and genetically modified assassins to keep Lilith by his side. Think American Psycho meets The Greasy Strangler, with the body horror of The Fly and the absurdity of Swiss Army Man. Hilariously dark, viscerally repulsive, but oddly touching—Love Bites is a bizarre rom-com for the beautifully deformed.
