Swap Kurt Russell and Anthony Hopkins around. Kurt might not seem quite sophisticated enough for Gandalf but he's not far off and he's more suited to it in every other way imo. Hopkins isn't genial enough for Gandalf, again imo.

@alabasteri Hopkins should be Denethor with Hemsworth and Hiddleston as Boromir and Faramir
