1989; A tragic incident at Yokohama occurs when during Zilla’s battle with a mosquito superfauna species, Skeetera, a trail of radiated blood leaks its way through to Shelter 54, drowning victims to their deaths until much later when they form into one organic life-form that isn’t living or dying. Dr. Shiragami thought that if he could share DNA with Godzilla’s he could absorb the pollution from the smog attacks, but this result has made the situation worse when they form into a giant plant-like monster first taking the form of Shin Godzilla until finally transforming into Biollante.
