The disruptor is a main villain of the very first episode of the show - The disruptor is the creator of the creature known as the smasher (Crusher Hogan) who gained money by the smasher beating people up on the ring. After spider man used his mind to defeat masher, the disruptor reported it to the kingpin and kept watch on the wall crawler.
