A small anthropomorphic, humanoid doll named Sackboy (Tom Holland) is a citizen who has little-to-no friends and always been alone, and wants to use his creation talents on a life of adventure. Until when the Negativitron (Hugo Weaving) starts whipping out creations of LittleBigPlanet, Sackboy teams up with Larry DaVinci (John Cleese), Avalon Centrifuge (Keanu Reeves), Sackgirl (Hailee Steinfeld), OddSock (Bill Hader), Toggle (Gabriel Iglesias), Swoop (Andy Samberg), Marco (James Corden), Newton (Hugh Laurie) (who later betrayed the gang after being possessed by The Negativitron), and must go on top of their universe to save LittleBigPlanet from The Negativitron from trying to destroy the world.
