After the mysterious disappearance of her big sis, Cammy returned to U. S. A from her travels, determined to find her. She soon discovered that news reporter, Glamrock Bonnie had been abducted by Mr. L and Mr. M, who had hopes to create the ‘ultimate fighter’, kidnapping the world’s strongest and most skilled martial artists to use in their inhuman experiments. Li-Fen, who almost got kidnapped and she fights against brainwashed plumber brothers, as the green dragon ranger, Dragon ranger.
