The Rebooted Version
In this reimagined version of Les Misérables, the story follows a young, fierce Jean Valjean, who rises from a brutal past marked by hardship and imprisonment to find redemption through the kindness of a compassionate banker, Pierre Madeline. As she grows, Jean becomes involved in the revolutionary cause, fighting for justice alongside her comrades and navigating complex relationships, particularly with the sheltered Cosette, her adopted sister, and two men—Marius, the revolutionary, and Emilio, a devoted love interest. Through sacrifice, love, and mercy, Jean's journey is one of self-discovery, redemption, and the relentless pursuit of a better world.
