Character Description
According to Queen Luisa, although Monsieur Ortega appeared to be clever and sweet, he is more cunning than his look. He is also secretive as he masks his thoughts with open good-naturedness and uses diplomat words as a weapon. Furthermore, since he was an ambassador from Spain, this made him a potential enemy in the future, given the strained relationship between French and Spain.
