Last samurai 2
Twenty years after the fall of Katsumoto and the samurai rebellion, Nathan Algren (Tom Cruise) has remained in Japan, living quietly among the descendants of the samurai, mentoring a new generation in bushidō and martial discipline. Japan is rapidly modernizing, and the old ways are nearly forgotten. But when a young half-Japanese, half-American woman emerges with a secret tied to Katsumoto’s bloodline—and a rebellion brewing in the north—Algren must step back into the fray.
