Its 1997 and small rock band, Last Resort is on the rise to fame. When young music journalist, Igby Randolph, discovers Last Resort he makes it his goal to help contribute to their rise to fame and follow them on tour, but once on the trip he quickly realizes that the band is not what they seemed and they soon get thrown into a scandal that flips their career upside down and tests their relationships.
