Newcomer Harvey Bullock joins the police force of Gotham City, along side James Gordon, Sarah Essen, Crispus Allen, and Arnold Flass to learn of the disappearance of several children. But when a mysterious bat like creature appears in Gotham, a horror like experience happens.
