Synopsis

Kiteman has brought together a team and is starting to heal from his trauma but soon a villain on the run asks for protection from a dangerous vigilante who doesn’t hold back. Now Kiteman and his team of obscure villains must try and survive as they try to escape this new adversary while dealing with a new team of criminals who are out to be the next big villains of Batman’s rogues gallery.

The Kleptomaniac is finally starting to feel belonging amongst the group and has started to grow feelings for Kiteman. When Crazy Quilt shows up, she is highly suspicious of his intentions and is concerned that Charles won’t see how messed up Crazy Quilt is until it’s too late.
