Description of Lockup (Lyle Bolton):

Once known as the most brutal guard in Arkham Asylum, he was enough to cause Scarecrow and Harley Quinn to be afraid. When he comes home on night to find his son beaten and broken to death he vows vengeance and death. He submits himself to experimentation by James Gordon Jr.’s task force and joins them in order to get the lead suspect in their case and to kill him.
