Kiteman has brought together a team and is starting to heal from his trauma but soon a villain on the run asks for protection from a dangerous vigilante who doesn’t hold back. Now Kiteman and his team of obscure villains must try and survive as they try to escape this new adversary while dealing with a new team of criminals who are out to be the next big villains of Batman’s rogues gallery. read more

Waller appears throughout the story to basically roast James Gordon Jr’s incompetence and at the end she takes Dr. Phosphorus to be part of Task Force X since she wins the job
