After the events of Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S., More monsters appear out of the blue around the world, The Japanese organization rebuilds a new MechaGodzilla without the use of Godzilla's skeleton. Akane Yashiro returns in command to fight every single monster. While also find trace of giant monster DNA hidden in a biochemical facility for reasons unknown.
