Fearing the immense power and dark fate that await her, Cammy becomes Kamen Rider Zi-O to rewrite her destiny. Armed with a time-traveling Ridewatch and steely determination, Cammy journeys through the Heisei Rider timeline, encountering legendary Kamen Riders and preserving their legacies from the disruptive force of the UTTP (UTubeTrollPolice), led by the malicious time saboteur Tommy Parkinson. She is joined by Glamrock Chica, fighting as Kamen Rider Geiz, a fierce warrior from the future with her own reasons for stopping Ohma Zi-O, and the mysterious prophet Manon Legrand, known as Kamen Rider Woz, who urges Cammy toward her supposed destiny as the Time Queen of legend. As timelines collide and loyalties are tested, Cammy must decide: will she embrace her fate or carve out a new future for all time?
