Led by the enigmatic and ruthless Tommy Parkinson, they exploit advanced AI and cyber warfare to spread their hate-filled ideologies, terrorizing marginalized communities and disrupting social harmony. When the mission becomes clear, she steps into the role of Kamen Rider Kabuto. Guided by her unyielding sense of justice, Lidia harnesses the power of the Zecter—a futuristic device that allows her to transform into the legendary Kamen Rider—and must thwart Andy’s diabolical plans to take over the digital and real worlds and dismantle UTTP's network of trolls before they plunge society into discord.
