Story Plot
Quan Chi becomes evil and plans to take over the world, reanimate the dead into his service, and even resurrect the fallen in any way he deems fit. The only hope was to stop the evils of reanimating the dead into his service and even resurrect the fallen back to life in any manner he deems fit as Cammy White transforms herself into Kamen Rider Black.
