Dwayne Winfield is a young man with a lot of bad luck. One day, he finds a strange pass & things got stranger when he finds a mysterious girl & a time traveling train to be possesed by an entity called an imagin, beings from an alternate future whose kind is are attempting to change the past. Though slightly confused about the crisis Dwayne, along with the aid of the hot headed violent imagin, dubbed jack taros becomes kamen rider electric king traveling to diffrent times on the Den-Liner to battle the evil imagin to pervent from altering the past to affect the future. During his adventure, Dwayne is joined by other imagin who aid him as well; the lying manipulating & womanizing Mack Taros, the herculan & (narapoltic) Lack Taros the Childish yet powerful Krack Taros. & the mysterious Kamen Rider minos.
