Synopsis

In the Past, a massive evil spill occured in the amazon experimental lab. Most of the survivors were destroyed, hot blooded young men enjoy hunting Amazons and the experimental seemed to be drawing at the end. Far then ending, however, it was a completley new phase. The number of ordinary people who had turn into Amazon with out warning was rising. The goverment formed a new extermination unit to assasinate people who had turn into Amazon seceretly and struggled to hide the truth. Jake/Beast Rider Neo is a loner, a boy who hates them but suppress his cannibalistic urges. One Day he meets Chelsea, an amazon girl who transforms into Crow Amazon and vanquishes Amazon enemies with her awesome fighting power. Jake is amazed at his first glance at Chelsea, because she's the first human he's met with thinking, "Let me talk to her". Because she's close to, but Jake is unaware of her story. Chelsea is a "Sigma Type Beast". a biological weapon brought back to life after her parents turned to Beasts and killed her.
