Set on Earth 2 - After returning from his adventure with Barry Allen (Flash) of Earth 1, Jay Garrick (Flash) returns to Earth 2, to his team, the Justice Society of America. Upon arriving back to his team, Jay discovers that his arch enemy, the Fiddler has joined a team of Villains known as the Injustice Society. Jay will need to lead his team to thwart the Injustice Society and their mysterious plan codenamed: Project: New America.
