Description of Cindy Burman (Shiv):

Cindy Burman is the most popular student and the meanest girl at Blue Valley University... and its most feared. Cindy's mean girl antics places her against Courtney Whitmore and her group of friends, which includes Cindy's recent target, Yolanda Montez. Secretly the daughter of Dragon King, a longtime enemy of the Justice Society of America, Cindy is determined to follow in her father's footsteps as the supervillain Shiv. Cindy becomes Courtney Whitmore/Stargirl's nemesis and a thorn in the young heroine's side.
